As a client of LUXX LENS PHOTOGRAPHY LLC and LUXX LAUNCH LLC the images taken are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. It is ILLEGAL to scan, copy, print or reproduce without our permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. A PRINT RELEASE is supplied with the purchase of my session, along with high resolution digital files. The print release does not allow altering images in any manner. Reproduction does include, downloading, saving to hard-drive, posting on personal websites/blogs/social media only with photographer acknowledgment and printing from said printers. Screenshots of proofs are allowed by permission. You have non-exclusive usage rights and promotional use rights which includes use of images Online, in social media and in print material, including banners, promotional posters and leaflets. Third party use is prohibited. Negatives, digital files, and previews remain our property. Every digital photo will be edited based on our company's style. Additional edits will be applied to selected photographs based on our expertise (black and white images, skin smoothing, touch ups to the background). You must obtain written permission from us prior to an event where you seek to publishe or sell any photographs for commercial use. We reserve the righto use any and all imagery and created content for the purpose of (1) providing samples of our work or (2) instruction – including, but not limited to, presentations, lectures, webinars, and published material in any medium.

RIGHTS TO NAME AND LOGO USE

You hereby grant us the express right to use your logo and/or name, even if not created by us in marketing, sales, financial, and public relations materials and other communications solely to identify you as our customer. We hereby grant you the express right to use our logo and/or name solely to identify us as a provider of services to you. Other than as expressly stated herein, neither party shall use the other party's marks, codes, drawings or specifications without the prior written permission of the other party.
